The carriage charge is based on the weight and/or number of parcels. The carriage charge for your active order can be seen on bottom of the cart page.There is a delivery charge of €5.95 per parcel (25kg or less)Carriage Free for a single parcel: Orders to the value of €75 and consisting of one parcel (<25kg) are carriage free. A charge of €5.95 applies to each additional parcel. Most orders usually fit into a single parcel. Multiple parcel orders usually consist of heavy or bulky items e.g. clay, reams of paper, large canvases etc.
Carriage Free for multiple parcels: For each additional €75 spent a further parcel is delivered free of charge. e.g. if you spend €150 and have 2 parcels there is no carriage charge, but if you spend €120 and have 2 parcels, a carriage charge of €5.95 will apply.
All orders over €350.00 are carriage free, regardless of the number of parcels.
Note: Some bulky items purchase together might have a lower rate of carriage than calculated on the website. This is because sometime we are able to wrap them together. If this is possible we will refund the difference.
We will email you a tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can track your order on www.fastway.ie .

Update 17-1-22: Our courier Fastway is experience staff shortages due to Covid related self-isolation. Unfortunately delivery are often taking more then one day to deliver.
You are required to sign for orders. Please use the comment box when ordering if you have preferred date you would like the goods delivered or special instructions for the courier. Please note we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays. Unfortunately we cannot deliver orders at a specific time so please contact us before ordering to see if the courier delivers to your area at the required time.
If the courier is unable to find your address they will call you for directions. If there is nobody at the address stated the courier will leave a calling card and attempt to deliver the order on a future date. In the event of the courier being unable to deliver the goods they will be returned to Cregal Art and a full refund will be issued.
If the parcel(s) containing your goods are damaged we request that you sign for the goods "Damaged".
In line with our courier insurance procedure customer will need to contact us within 5 days of receipt of tracking number (sent via email, parcel due to be delivered the following day) if they have not received their parcel.
Covid-19: Due to non-contact deliveries signature are not requested in line with Covid-19 protocol.
Returns & Refunds
Please contact Cregal Art Ltd if any items are damaged, unsuitable or undelivered within 7 days.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase and a reason for returning.
- Costs incurred for returning goods are not refundable, except in the event of damaged goods.
- Goods must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
- The refund will be credited to the card used to pay for your order via Stripe.
- Due to Fragile items becoming damaged in the return transit they will need to return in person to the shop and inspected before a refund can be made e.g. Drawing boards, Foamboard, glass/ceramic items, etc
