Prices

To the best of our knowledge all prices shown on the website are correct and inclusive of Vat.  In the event that there is a price change we will notify you before your order is dispatched.

Discount: The website price includes the student, artist and teacher discount.

In-store Prices: This information is available on the individual product pages.

Most products are available in-store for the same price as on-line with a valid student, artist or teacher's ID card.  If you don't have a discount card the price in-store is 10% higher.

Although every effort is made to insure that the in-store price is correct, oversights may happen.  Please bring any pricing error to the attention of a member of staff.  The website prices are updated in April so there may be slight variation between the in-store prices stated on our website and those acutally available in-store between the months February to April.  The actual price in-store will supersede the in-store price stated on our website.

Delivery and Risk

Delivery dates are given in good faith and are adhered to as closely as possible, but no liability is accepted for any unforeseen delays subsequently arising or for any consequential loss or damage caused to the Customer or third parties as a result of any delays for whatever reason.

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you typed into the delivery box when you place your order. Cregal Art accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions you make in the delivery address, which may delay or prevent delivery by our carriers.

You are required to sign for order on receipt.  Please use the comment box when ordering if you have preferred date you would like the goods delivered.  Please note we do not delivery Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays.  Unfortunately we cannot deliver orders at a specific time so please contact us before placing an order to see if the courier delivers to your area at the required time.

If the courier is unable to find your address they will call you for directions.  If there is nobody at the address stated the courier will leave a calling card and attempt to deliver the order on future date.  In the event of the courier being unable to deliver the goods they will be returned to Cregal Art and a full refund will be issued.

If the parcel(s) containing your goods are damaged we request that you sign for the goods "Damaged".

We currently only deliver to the Island of Ireland. If you order for delivery outside Ireland than we are not obliged to deliver the goods and will refund the value of the order including carriage to your card via Stripe (www.stripe.com/ie).

Returns & Refunds

Please contact Cregal Art Ltd if any items are damaged or unsuitable within 7 days.

- Goods must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase and a reason for returning.

- Costs incurred for returning goods are not refundable, except in the event of damaged goods.

- Goods must be returned in original, unopened packaging.

- The refund will be credited to the card pay for your order on via Stripe.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has yet to be dispatched please contact us at info@cregalart.ie.  We will then refund the total value of the order to your card. Notification by phone is not sufficient.

Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable to the Customer, or be deemed to be in breach of contract with the Customer, by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform any of the Company’s obligations in relation to the goods, if the delay or failure was due to force majeure or to any cause beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

Retention of Title
The Goods sold under these Terms and Conditions shall remain the absolute property of the Company and legal title in the goods shall remain vested in the Company until payment in full of all amounts invoiced or due to the Company in respect of the Goods has been received. If the Customer shall enter into liquidation, have a winding-up order made against it, have a receiver, administrator or administrative receiver appointed over its assets, income or any part thereof before the property in the Goods has passed in accordance with this condition, then the Company shall be entitled, immediately after giving notice of its intention to repossess the Goods, to enter upon the premises of the Customer to repossess any Goods to which it has title under this condition. No liquidator, receiver, administrator or administrative receiver of the Customer shall have authority to sell goods to which the Company has title without prior written consent of the Company.

Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions except the Customer's statutory rights are not affected.

Applicable Law
The Company only accepts orders and sells its Goods upon and subject to these Terms and Conditions which shall prevail over any terms or conditions of the Customer. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law and the parties acknowledge and accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
