The quotation request facility

This is available to approved invoice customers i.e. a customer from an educational establishments or company whose request for an invoice account has been approved. 

Open an account

An account can be created by clicking account setup on the home page.  Alternatively you can create an account after completing your order.  If you are a customer from an educational establishments it is recommended that you request an invoice account to avail of invoice payment option and the quotation request facility.

How to create a quotation request

If you are a logged-in registered invoice customer.  A quote is created in the same way as an order, the only difference is that you click "add to quote" instead of "add to cart".  When you have complied your quotation simply go to the cart and click "request a quote" .  A quotation will then be sent to you via email.  There is also a comment box if you would like to receive a quote for items not on our website, request that we send the quotation to an alternative address etc.

How to request a quote if I am not an approved invoice customer

School customers: If you would prefer not to open an account, simply compile an order and click the email icon on the top right hand corner of the cart page and email to info@cregalart.ie.  Don't forget to include in the comment box your contact details i.e. school name, your name and email address.

Alternatively you can print by clicking on the print icon on the top right hand corner of the page and fax your quotation request to 091 752449.

Private customers: If you intend to place an order over €200 and wish to avail of the best price please email you cart to us at info@cregalart.ie.  The option to email cart is available on the top right hand corner of the Cart page. Don't forget to include in the comment box your contact details i.e. your name, email address and phone number. Alternatively if you are a registered private customer you can use the wishlist function to email Cregal Art a quotation request.

• Fax a quotation request.
• Fax an order.
• Use internally to acquire order approval.

Email the cart to colleague for order approval or collaboration.
