W&N Slim Edge Canvas

Winsor & Newton “Classic Range” slim edge canvas are made using 100% cotton stretched on spruce wood timber stretcher bars.  The cotton weight is 350g (12.3oz) and its texture is medium grain.  The gesso is highly pigmented titanium dioxide, ensuring superior coverage and performance of paint application.  The cotton and gesso used create a balanced absorbency and tooth for improved adhesion and responsiveness to every brush or knife stroke.  The canvas is acid free and of Archival quality.  It is ideally suitable for Oils and Acrylic paint.
